Can I take supplements instead of eating fruit & veg?
We live in a time when we are overfed and under-nourished. Many of us have moved away from eating real, whole foods. Relying instead on processed 'food-like' products that offer zero nutrients. Are we healthy if we aren't fat?
This is something many of us presume to be if we don't look fat on the outside. I have heard many say that they can eat what they want because they "aren't fat". This is a myth.
